Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. NutriGold may deliver notice to you under this Agreement by means of electronic mail, a general notice on the Service, or by written communication delivered by first class U.S. mail to your address on record in NutriGold’s account information. You may give notice to NutriGold at any time by letter delivered by certified first class postage prepaid U.S. mail or overnight courier to our address on the Contact us page.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not fulfilled, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for handling. If unusual circumstances necessitate a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Items marked “back-ordered” will ship separate from and at a later date than other items in your order. Listed delay periods are approximations which may or may not be accurate.

Shipment to U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO Addresses

NutriGold ships to addresses within U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. In the case of a partially fulfilled order (e.g., orders containing items marked “back-ordered”), the initial Shipment Confirmation email will not contain the tracking number(s) associated with the back-ordered item(s). When the remainder of your order is fulfilled and the back-ordered item(s) is shipped, you will receive an additional email(s) containing supplementary tracking information.

Tracking numbers become active within 48 hours of receipt.

Customs, Duties, and Tariffs

NutriGold is not responsible for any expenses applied to your order after it is submitted. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Orders are eligible for store credit as long as fewer than 60 days have passed since the order was first delivered. Store credits may be used immediately once issued, and remain valid until used.

Returning Items

Depending on your particular circumstance, we may require you to return the item(s) in question for review and / or processing. We will provide you with instructions in such cases.

You may return a maximum of (1) opened container per each product SKU you received (and any number of unopened containers in new, resalable condition). Returning multiple opened containers per SKU may result in deductions applied to your request.

We regret that we cannot refund shipping charges incurred by us to ship your order to you; this applies even if you received free shipping. Applicable shipping and handling charges may be deducted from your refund or store credit before it is issued.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). When shipping item(s), please consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s) and won't be able to process your request without first receiving your return package.

Price Changes & Discounts

Refunds and store credits will reflect 100% of your initial purchase price minus any deductions from shipping costs, items not returned, or items which were returned improperly (see Returning Items). Neither a change to an item's pricing which has occurred since the initial purchase nor a discount which has since become available will affect the value of the refund or store credit issued to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your payment method (bank or credit card account), as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Gifts
