OFFICIAL RESPONSE TO COVID-19

Dear Valued NutriGold Partners,

At NutriGold we are closely observing the most recent updates and guidelines in dealing with the global outbreak of novel coronavirus COVID-19. The wellness and safety of our employees, customers and products are our top concern and highest priority. Our mission remains steadfast in doing all possible to help communities around the world, by empowering everyone to make informed decisions that will improve and nourish health. In doing so, we would like to include you in what we are implementing so as to accomplish this:

The NutriGold Team

To continue providing the best service and support, while balancing the needs of our communities and families, we have implemented the following practices:

  • NutriGold employees based out of the corporate office are working from home as of March 16th. Our Fulfillment department is working in the fulfillment center while practicing social distancing and maintaining distances recommended by Public Health Organizations.
  • We have restricted all business travel for traveling employees for an indefinite period. We will be following recommendations of our trusted Public Health Organizations.
  • Our brokers and sales representatives have been instructed to conduct business from home for all NutriGold purposes, while still maintaining and servicing the needs of our loyal customers.
  • Office hours remain open during normal business hours of 7am - 5pm.
  • Any employees that have traveled out of the country are subject to 14-day mandatory quarantine.
  • Any fulfillment workers that are sick or experience any symptom related to COVID-19 are required to work from home and may only return before being cleared by their primary care physician.

Distribution Protocols

Over the course of the past week we have experienced an unprecedented surge in demand for all NutriGold products, spearheaded by those that cater to Immunity Support. In effort to ensure your stores and all consumers have access to NutriGold products we are doing the following:

  • We have increased staff in our Customer Relations and Fulfillment departments to accommodate the increase in volume in demand.
  • We have adjusted operational procedures for receiving and handling in our fulfillment center to limit exposure to any unnecessary personnel.
  • Orders are being processed in the order they arrive, and we ask that if you have a large order to place, that you allow an additional 2-3 business days lead time as we are currently operating at full capacity.
  • Additional sanitation efforts in our warehouse, and facilities; including an increase in sterilization of common areas and areas used in packing and distributing products.
  • In effort to maintain product integrity and diminish any possible exposure to the COVID-19 virus, as of March 11, 2020 all NutriGold sales are final and no returns will be accepted on sold products, barring any Quality Control or incorrect shipment issues. This policy will be amended once we receive updated guidelines and additional information by Public Health Organizations.

Supply Chain and Quality Control

NutriGold remains vigilant in our industry defining raw material sourcing and Quality Control practices. We continue to operate as we have in the past, and all

  • All NutriGold products remain subject to our unmatched quality control standards. All raw materials are subject to 140+ quality checks including microbial contamination from 3rd party labs.
  • We continue to limit access of raw materials and finished products to critical personnel only.
  • We are working closely with manufacturing sites to ensure efficient runs and mitigate any potential disruptions.
  • We are in the process of expediting additional lots of our most in demand products in more sizable quantities with the goal of having larger amounts of these products on hand moving forward.
